Graphic Designer

Location: Remote / Hybrid (depending on availability)

Are you a creative Graphic Designer with a passion for fashion and digital design? Do you enjoy creating beautiful visuals that inspire customers and strengthen a growing brand? If so, we'd love to meet you.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design engaging visual content for our website, including banners, promotional graphics, and product imagery.

  • Create marketing materials for social media, email campaigns, digital advertisements, and other online channels.

  • Maintain and strengthen the Donna Walkers brand identity across all customer touchpoints.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to transform creative ideas into impactful visual campaigns.

  • Ensure consistency across all digital and marketing assets.

  • Stay up to date with current design and fashion trends.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within e-commerce or fashion.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar design software.

  • Strong visual design skills and exceptional attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • A portfolio showcasing your previous work.

Customer Experience Specialist

Location: Remote / Hybrid (depending on availability)

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and play an essential role in ensuring every shopping experience with Donna Walkers is smooth, enjoyable, and memorable.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with sizing, orders, shipping, returns, and product information.

  • Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.

What We're Looking For
