6. Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, contact info@donna-walkers.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to update your information, changes cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.
Once the shipping carrier confirms that an order has been successfully delivered to the address provided during checkout, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
Donna Walkers is not responsible for deliveries affected by incorrect addresses provided by the customer or for parcels confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
7. Lost, Delayed or Missing Packages
